"This property is amazing! The house is clean and well-maintained. Obviously the highlight of the property is the indoor pool and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and was the perfect hangout for our adult friends trip. The Ocean View area has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and the house was so great we made sure to be back plenty early enough to enjoy it to the fullest. The owner was easy to connect with and very accommodating!"

"We were not notified that wash machine was broke prior to our stay. No alternative laundry solution offered. I had to make suggestions. Television in den no sound, dirt, mold surrounding back door insulation. Enclosed porch dirty-not swept. Grill not cleaned.Front door weather stripping hanging from bottom of front door. Dryer old needed 2 cycles to dry average loads. Property in need of better care"

"We love Bethany in the summer so wanted to experience the area in the off season. We enjoyed this home, which had a lot of charm and was very clean and comfortable for our family of four (including our girls who are 8 and 6), our moms and our dog, Lola. "Biggest surprise was that we had to pay for the amenities listed in rental. Nothing indicated that there would be an additional charge for them. First floor master bedroom bathroom had some black grunge on the floor and it had a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan. Main floor AC always seemed way too cold even when we turned it up to 80 degrees. Rear fence gate broke mid week. We called in about it, but it wasn't fixed before we left. "Beautiful home. A lot of space for everyone. Bunk beds were actually full on the bottom and twin at the top which was hard to tell from the pictures so a great surprise. Nice updated first floor bathroom. Everyone had enough space. House was nice and warm for the Christmas holiday. Lots of blankets and extra bedding around if needed. Had electric car plug up in the garage and pack n' play with high chair available if needed. Overall very please with experience. "
