"This place is very charming and picturesque. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty and served quick. The SPA is lovely and clean and it was a very relaxed stay. Stephanie (housekeeping) was absolutely amazing and so pleasant and polite when we need extra toiletries that were missing from our room. We bothered her to take a picture for us and she took the most amazing one for us to keep as a lovely memory of our visit! "

The Blossom restaurant staff were engaging and helpful, taking time to talk to customers. The spa experience was wonderful and again the receptionist and masseuse were a pleasure. "The hotel was lovely. Both my requests for a quiet room and a bath were met on my arrival. The staff were warm, friendly and efficient. I used the spa and found the treatments and team excellent. My additional request was accommodated. I ate with a friend in both the restaurant and bar in an evening both the food and service were really good."
