"Another lovely stay at The Link Hotel. First time having breakfast here, a great choice and good quality. My only problem was how cold it was in reception, dining area, corridors etc. They seemed to have the AC blowing out freezing cold air and had the radiators on. "Overall, a very pleasant experience for an overnight stay of that price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. As for the condition of the room, overall this wasn't too bad, it just needs some TLC. The window frame had a smidge of black mould that...

"This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !"

"All of the staff were really friendly and welcoming, the reception area and rooms were well presented and clean. We also had a drink at the bar in the evening which was an unexpected bonus as we hadn’t realised there was one when we booked."
