"Lovely place to stay"

"Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great. "The check in and out process was smooth. The hotel have good amenities, a series of activities and programs for guests and even kids. Regular shuttle bus services to Bali Collection and the beach are good. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool."

"It’s a beautiful resort but not very well maintained. Out bathroom ceiling was full of mold and it smelled terribly. Nice pool but it was very hot, not even refreshing and over 30 degrees outside. Nice beach but not enough umbrellas. Overall good experience but not 5 star. "

The property grounds are very well kept, peaceful, quiet and beautiful. The dining options were OK inside the resort.
