"We had a wonderful stay here, the staff are beautiful and friendly. Our room was lovely and big and very comfortable, we got upgraded to a pool access room which made our stay extra special. The pool was beautiful! The restaurant was good, very nice food. Hotel location was great, 5 mins to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel has a free shuttle to the Bali collection shopping area as well as their private beach resort. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you Grand Bali 🙏🙏❤️❤️"
