Envoy picked up my a private vechile arranged by the st Regis resort. Upon arrival everything was faultless. Room was very spacious and clean. The room comes with your own butler. The hotel is beautiful, the food is good (a bit overpriced for what it is), the beach is stunning and the service is amazing. I definitely enjoyed my stay for 2 nights when I was there and was impressed by the quality and the service. The only unfortunate incident for me was after check out, as I accidentally left my charger plugged in next to the bed. When I called the hotel to let them know exactly where it was plugged in and arrange a pick up, they replied there was nothing in the room and that it was empty. I asked for them to speak to cleaning staff as I knew where I left it and the reply was that cleaning staff didnt find anything and there were other guests in the room now. Anyway, good reminder to not leave things behind in the room no matter where you stay. Other than that, the stay really was absolutely amazing and the staff was also wonderful.
