"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. Was told that with Easter locksmith not available. Hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. Relatively quiet at night which is better for getting a good night sleep and still just a short...

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"Phenomenal living space in a phenomenal location and phenomenally we'll run by Frau Bauer. We were lucky enough to get this apartment when the previous renter unexpectedly had to cancel. Four large bedrooms, four modern and well equipped bathrooms, in floor heating, a great kitchen, a magnificent dining area with ample seating for 8 to 12 people two terraces, an incredible view of the Matterhorn, and a private elevator to both floors of this unit make this one of the best spaces my family has...

"My husband and I stayed in Zermatt for 3 nights, together with another couple. The location of the apartment is wonderful and we could see the Matterhorn from our balcony/living room window every day. All the main parts of the village were easily reached on foot (bakery, shopping, gondolas, trains, grocery store). The apartment could use some updates - everything is definitely a bit dated, but we were comfortable and the place was stocked with all the necessities."

"I have to say that I expected this place not to be as nice, the pictures didn't look that good but we booked it because we just wanted a place to sleep with a kitchen for a short stay in Zermatt. As soon as we walked in we got a great feeling to be staying there, the bathroom was very spacious and there was a lot of room for my family of 4 to spread out. "Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem hübschen Haus verbracht. Es ist zwar klein, aber man fühlt sich gleich von Anfang an wohl. Es ist perfekt eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man braucht! Das Haus ist etwas höher gelegen, dennoch ist man mit dem Auto relativ schnell im Tal um auch mal an andere Orte zu fahren. Wir haben oft selber gekocht und gerne frisches Gemüse und Obst im in Fenis gelegenen "Potager"eingekauft. "
