"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. We loved the location but you do need a car if you are wanting to travel to the nearby ski resorts. Definitely...

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. "Super smooth check in process. Loved the views ans silence at Overlook Lodge compared to a regular room at Cervo. Staff was extremely attentive and were accessible at all times. I was jumping out of my bed every morning at sunrise to enjoy the views! At a little extra cost you can also enjoy breakfast and spa at Cervo. Hotel has direct connection to the lifts! I would recommend it to everyone and stay here again!"

"We failed to ask if the apartment had an elevator and air conditioning and it had neither! The fans provided were excellent though and were very good at night when we left the doors open and the temps dropped. Parking was easy and free. All we needed inside was provided. Another wine glass would be nice and we were never able to find clothes pins to hang out our clothes so a few dropped to the ground but we retrieved them! We walked a convenient 15 minutes into the center of town. "

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"Marco's appartment has a lot of old charm and is really spacious which we loved. Marco was fantastic at answering questions which was really helpful. We couldn't find a toaster and he arranged for one to be delivered within a couple of hours. The beds were comfortable and the place was lovely and warm. It's an uphill walk from the town to the appartment but manageable if you are fit. We could ski virtually to and from the end of the driveway, but tended to walk to the bubble car in the morning...

"We stayed here with my in-laws back in 2022 and we loved it so much that I had to bring my family this time. It’s my parents’ first time visiting Zermatt and it was fantastic!
