"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped, very clean, but our favorite part was the balcony. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The staff is very friendly. Gaston met us almost at the train station, walked us to the apartment, and gave us a few tips of the town, including restaurants, supermarkets, ski trails,etc "

"La última ciudad para llegar en auto y visitar Zermatt en tren, la estación a 100 metros del hotel. Los dueños muy atentos, a la llegada ya nos explicaron y nos recomendarían que hacer y qué ver, los mejores puntos y pueblos de la zona, también te venden el pase del tren ellos más económico que en la estación. "Very friendly manager and up to his task. Late arrival and late check out was nicely arranged. Always nice to come to a place with warm welcome. Only thing I would like to change for next visit was the partly uncomfortable mattress. It was a bit worn out and wrong size in the bed. And still the fantastic mountain view was stunning in the morning."
