The property is in an excellent location, close to public transport and shopping. It was very quiet although traffic is busy outside. Beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Breakfast was good with variety of tasty options. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice and very fair price, close to the Florenc station, I can suggest just to change the lights to LED so the system will be quiet

Small rooms, but they have everything you need at the price point. Breakfast buffet was generous and would fit many diets. A busy intersection so expect the occasional siren. I would stay here again.

Hotel rooms were enormous and contained multiple beds. Bathrooms were small in comparison. It is in a major traffic area, yet surprisingly quiet. Ample and varied breakfast. Cleanliness could be improved, Parking was a challenge with the car elevator and underground parking. The angles are very tight and almost impossible to maneuver in an SUV. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Prague.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Self parking is 22 euros, however if you are lucky you may be able to find a spot near the hotel. Walkable distance to museum. Good breakfast, nice staff who speaks great English, Russian and Ukrainian.

Not bad if you’re trying to save money. Staff were nice but a few things did not quite match with the Expedia listing. All good. Certainly was not a bad stay, just not incredible either. Also, keep more than one Clothing iron on hand for your guests. I’ve never borrowed one and then been asked to return it, by a wake up call at 8:30am the next morning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a double room with a very comfortable large bed. Also, a large bathroom with a fabulous hot tub and separate shower. The breakfast was good, lots of options- meat, cheese, fruit, eggs, breads. It is quite close to the metro station and is perhaps a 15 minute walk from the National Museum. I recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel wird im Internet so schön dargestellt dabei stimmen die Bilder überhaupt nicht überein! Die Terrasse hätte Richtung Stadt zeigen sollen allerdings hat man nur eine Fabrik vor den Augen gesehen! Zudem hatte es sehr wenig Auswahl an Frühstück gegeben… im Zimmer hat es weder Nachttischlampen noch Steckdosen am Bett gehabt.. Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht immer aufgefüllt, man musste öfters an die Rezeption um nachzufragen… und das Zimmer war nicht beheizt, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht! Also nicht empfehlenswert dahin zu gehen! Das einzige was gut war, die Verbindungen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs. Das Personal war unfreundlich!

Assolutamente da evitare!! Vendono qualcosa che non hanno. Ho prenotato una stanza matrimoniale standard con letto king. La stanza è invece una stanza singola, adattata con due piccoli letti singoli (75 cm) vicini. Tutto questo lo si evince dalla collocazione della televisione, delle prese elettriche, della testata del letto, della luce di cortesia della testata del letto e dalla disposizione dei pulsanti per le luci. Il letto king, come confermato dalla receptionist, non esiste in tutta la struttura. A questo si aggiunge una scarsa pulizia, personale in reception maleducato e tempi di check in piuttosto lunghi.
