"Very good property accommodation wise. However no service or customer focus Unilateral decisions imposed on customers. No reception, other than a reception 15 minutes walk from property. Several staff whilst i was trying to check in referred me to a door in the corridor between the restaurant and coffee lounge. The door was entry to a storage room.
