"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. Also, I found it strange they did not empty the bin in the bathroom or the main room for the 3 nights we were there. Check in was...

"This is a gem of a place - a great location easily walkable to the sights of Prague. There are numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity to suit any requirement. The room was clean and spacious and the complimentary drinks a nice touch. "
