"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! "

"This place is so close to the beach that it was closer than the public restrooms. There are plenty of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need. Kitchen is stocked for cooking if you're so inclined, but why would you? You're on vacation. The bunkbeds are nice if you have kids. I'd only ask the owner to add some kind of rail for the top bunk. "Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again ."

"We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!"

"We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. "A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!"
