"This is my fourth year staying here, great walking access to downtown Portsmouth and easy driving distance to everywhere else in the area. Property Manager is a pleasure to deal with, apartment is well equipped and well kept up. Only trouble is that Every time I go there I wish I could stay longer!"

"The pictures were representative of the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. The a/c units in each bedroom window were perfect. I had to ask for the check-in and check-out instructions, but the owner responded quickly. My only critique is that the hot water would run out (e.g., even when taking a shower for fewer than 10 min, the water would turn from lukewarm to cool for the person taking a shower afterwards, so the 2nd person would have to wait a little bit for a fully hot shower)."

"Travis’s apartment is a great place to stay. We were in town to visit our daughter at UNH. The location was great, walkable to great dining in Dover. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Lots of nice touches too! Plenty of towels, soap, kitchen had what we needed. Loved the eclectic furniture. Very charming. Always got a spot out front when we returned. Would definitely stay again when in that area."

"We stayed in condo 2 and the accommodations were top notch. The property is deceiving from the outside. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and impeccably clean. The property is located close to the main business district that has a great selection of restaurants. We really enjoyed The Bridge for breakfast and lunch. The property is also not too far away from the Tri-Town Ice Arena home of the New Hampshire Mountain Kings. We highly recommend this condo!"

"Overall the stay was great. Place was as advertised. We did have a neighbor stop and tell us they could hear us playing pool at 6pm in the evening, the walls must be very thin. No other issues and would stay again."

"The property was very clean and the host, Chris, was great at communicating before and after our stay. The house was nicely appointed but had a few issues giving it a 4 from us. The outside stairs were in disrepair and the bedrooms were small to move around in. It was very nice but for the price I would have liked at least a half bath on the lower level and less tight quarters."

"The apartment is nicely renovated, inviting, and well laid out for living and working while you stay. I had to do some remote work during my visit and the home office space was a nice spot for it. The house is in a pleasant residential area that's a short drive to downtown Haverhill and the commuter train to Boston. Everything was clearly explained and communicated - check in, check out, navigating the space, etc. Local pastries waiting for us upon our arrival were a lovely touch!"
