"Super communication ✨and easy access to enter. Great walkable location for the town beach and Marginal way. We loved the quiet street especially with the October fall foliage foliage 🍁We found the property bright, clean, fresh and cosy. It was well equipped with a toaster kettle and good sized fridge. I would have preferred a larger bed, but it was very comfortable."

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it! "

"The property was extremely convenient to town and marginal way. That Place (the restaurant) was so convenient and had amazing food! The owners were very kind. Just a FYI: The cottage was quite a few stairs. We could have used a few extra towels. But it was extremely clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. "

"Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed. We slept well. Would stay here again ."

"We were thrilled with our stay. The apartment was bright and cheery, everything was super clean and in wonderful condition, with lots of personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location is not only close to downtown Dover shops and restaurants but also a short trip to the Maine Seacoast. Our host responded quickly to our inquiries.and took great care to make sure we were comfortable. We travel to the area often to visit family and will always look to book this property. Wonderful!"
