"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"Hi. My wife and I and our adult son stayed here for a few days of exploring the Portsmouth area. What a perfect spot! The unit was exactly as advertised and in an excellent location downtown. Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. Getting to the beach is a 2 minute walk...3 if you're a slow walker. We stayed in room 2. It's small but it has everything you need.
