Although the desk clerk was very patient and apologized for the computer system freezing; being unable to clear out the previous guest’s information so I could check in, it was a bit stressful to not receive a receipt or know how much I was charged for my room, since she “had to enter my payment information in manually”. I was also disappointed there was not a curb inclination so I could wheel my stuff from the curb to the elevator. Fortunately I was able to request assistance from a nice hotel guest who happened to be entering the front door the same time I was; he lifted the cart from the ground over the curb for me.

This was far cleaner than any hotel I've stayed at for this price. I used a black light when i arrived and found nothing. I looked for dust and neglect and found nothing. A pleasant stay

Convenient location. There was mold in the shower and my husband hung his towel on the towel hook and it came crashing down waking me up. I’ll probably look elsewhere next time I’m in the area. Check in host was NOT friendly, although the person at the desk at check out was very friendly.

Nice property just outside of Concord. Convenient for a night’s stay not more than that. Extremely noisy since it’s right beside the highway. Nothing around in walking distance. For some reason not all comfort inn’s have the same amenities, where there should. For example: the comfort inn at lake George had 24 hour coffee and hot water service. This one just for breakfast.

Our room was very spacious and clean. There were cookies to greet us at the front counter. 🍪. I do have to say the check-in clerk could have been more friendly.
