"The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff the first evening was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast should not be considered a buffet. Not much to choose from. They did offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. I would most certainly stay again😊"

"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

"Interior of rooms is showing a lot of wear & tear, molding and walls showing damage. The hotel chain needs to start reinvesting in room quality. If the conditions do not improve, I will seek a newer/updated venue nearby."
