"I was not informed that their indoor pool was closed. That is the reason I chose this hotel over the others was for the indoor pool. When I asked staff I was abruptly told I could go stay somewhere else. Thought that was rude to say. I also asked if he would discount the price he said that people who book on Expedia already receive a discount. The other 2 workers that I encountered were very nice and pleasant and helpful. "

I've recommend Courtyard to everyone I talked to at Hamot to use the Courtyard when needing overnight stay. I would never stay at another Hotel in Erie, Pa. Food was also outstanding! Absolutely no negatives!!!"

"Check in was smooth. Had to wait a few times at the desk for someone to come to help us with towels and such. We had no hot water 1 morning out of 3 but they had it fixed with in an hour and all was ok. All in all wasnt a bad stay for the price. We would stay there again. "
