"This was the worst experience that I ever had with Expedia. It took me more than 30mins to just get the door open but it never worked. The residence has 4 rooms that need to share a kitchen and a bathroom. They never mentioned these info in the description. Also, I sent them a message that I could not get the door open and requested for a refund, they said I was stupid and called the police. It was absolutely ridiculous and an insult to me. "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
