"We stayed in the thick of Waitangi preparations, so it was understandably busy. The room was fine enough for our needs as we were only there for two nights. Staff were helpful, and checking in and out was easy. We were misgendered on our welcome letter (Mr & Mrs Sykes, instead of Mr & Mr Sykes), but mistakes happen"

"My deluxe suite room, with spa bath, was just lovely. The view from the deck was of lovely trees, and you could see birds playing on the lawn. The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."
