Place was a great location, rooms very clean & tidy, beds comfy, check in and out so easy. Very relaxed atmosphere. We would recommend and definately come back. A tall standing mirror attached to wardrobe door would be great.

Excellent facilities, clean, close to town center. One fault: room lighting was starkly bright, with only 1 ceiling and 1 wall light without dimmers & no bedside lights. Wall light pointed directly into TV.

Management friendly and accommodating. Room very clean and comfortable. Location ideal for walking around the hub of Paihia. Only stayed overnight to go on a day tour. What I was able to see and do in a very short time frame was very impressed. Another “to come back and stay” on my list.

It actually never happens that I write reviews like this - I do here. We stayed in the old apartments area. There was still hair from the previous owner everywhere in the bathroom, and the shower curtain was moldy. When we asked for the apartment to be cleaned, only towels were put down. You started making the bed, but stopped halfway through, etc. Never again!
