"Convenient to town and beach as well as affordable. Minor but there was a spiderweb up in the bathroom that may have been there for about a week. It's not a biggie but something that could be done about it "

"You pay for what you get. A good price, and surprisingly comfortable unit. And reasonably quiet considering the roadworks happening over the 3 nights of our stay Very handy to supermarkets and takeaways, and close to town centre. Would recommend, especially for those on a biudget."

"We paid a few dollars more for a great Bay of Islands view. Yhe very spacious and modern on quiet street 100M odf main street and ferry. The manager even delayed housekeeping washing so we could get laundry. Done "

"10/10! Beautiful place in an easy to access area, rooms are spacious and very accommodating. Beds are super comfy! Great room service too. Absolutely lovely woman who runs it. She has the cutest cat too❤️ super kind and easy to talk to, would absolutely love to see her again in February when we are back but it sounds like she’s moving on🥲 I hope the new owners are as good as her"

"Lovely location by the Water front, beautiful gardens, supermarket 5 minures walk where we could buy stuff to cook on the communal BBQ. One of our favourite stops whilst travelling the North Island of New Zealand."
