The condo is very large and had almost everything we needed. We always travel with our own coffee maker so we got lucky 😉 As the listing states, you cannot use the balcony. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. "The only problem we had was that yes it did sleep 4 but there should have been some sort of explanation that it was only 2 sleeping areas. I was there with my granddaughter and 54 year old son. I needed to bring an aero bed for my son to sleep on. All in all we had a great time and would rent the space again!"
