Appliances brand new, beds great and bathroom clean. Don’t hesitate to rent this apartment. You won’t regret it."

The condo is very large and had almost everything we needed. We always travel with our own coffee maker so we got lucky 😉 As the listing states, you cannot use the balcony. "Perfect for a double or a single like me. The place appears freshly refurbished with new flooring and shelving. Pool was closed for the season but the surf at 44th Street was refreshing and not to cold for October. Golf Course fun as usual my main draw to the island. Joe was responsive to my questions via text or email. Would like to return next year ! "
