"My first time staying at one of these German Hotel interlopers and it far exceeded my expections. Far superior to their rivals such as Ibis and Holiday Inn Express. It was spolessly clean and the staff were a revelation, with customer service actually being carried out. Although all staff were fantastic special mention must be given to Tianna, nothing was too much trouble for her and she carried out any issues I had, which including a partial refund when I had to leave unexpectedly early, calmly and without any fuss. Thank you so much Tianna. I am due to return to Machester in June and I will try and book Motel One, although its popularity is steadily increasing."

Breakfast was really nice and catered for myself been gluten free. Top tip, there is a pub round the corner 5 minutes walk if that, called The Romper, it's hidden and the hotel will direct you, it's fabulous and great food. "
