"Fantastic customer service. We had an issue with the lighting which was to no fault of the hotel. They couldnt have been more helpful and offered a free meal and drinks to compensate. We felt welcome and enjoyed the location to the arena and city centre. Would 100% recommend. Thank you, we hope to spend time there again in the future"

"No issue with any staff - all helpful and approachable. Reasonable night sleep. Comfy bed but room was so hot. Even turned down to 16 degrees and cold setting just didn’t make a difference. No windows to open. Bathroom appeared relatively new. Clean and had everything we needed. Great size shower! Breakfast was a let down. Had much better in other hotel chains. Kept warm (expected as buffet) which meant it was soggy by the time you got it. It wasn’t even hot. Should have stuck with...

"We really enjoyed our first stay here, unfortunately it was noisy due to the building work and it would have been nice to know about before. I knew the parking was going to be difficult but I think a warning if you have a tall vehicle as mine isn’t that tall but I did find it unsettling due to the beams which I had to navigate around and through to park. We did have an issue with a TV but the staff were fantastic and resolved it quickly. "

"Arrived to find our room have just 2 double beds rather than 2 doubles and a single, however staff found a room for us that had 1 double and 2 singles which worked for our requirements. Cooker breakfast is avialable at their sister hotel which is only a 5 minute walk away. Great location for Arndale Centre and tram stops"

"Everyone was really lovely, the location was perfect; it was close to the train station and close to Piccadilly Gardens. Really kind and lovely receptionists . Nothing to say there and The property itself is quite trendy and there's renovations going on, which wasn't too disruptive. Unfortunately, the amount of bathrooms in the the property are inadequate as there were only 2 available, one of the bathrooms had a detached toilet. The cleanliness of these bathrooms was lacking or simply too many...
