"This 17th century building feels grand but cosy. The addition of modern, glass, courtyard walls keep the heat in while leaving the impressive architecture visible. I enjoyed my stay and had a lovely dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the barman."

On the very edge of Milan (furthest subway stop, which also requires a bus). The walk from the bus stop is not far but the neighborhood is sketchy. Taxi to airport was expensive ($135 euros)."

"The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."
