Customer service at its finest. The Filipino front desk staff who welcomed us was really nice and efficient. It was the fastest check-in we've experienced. Nice hotel, great location. Five minutes if that from the station. Only reservation is that the bath and shower in our room was very difficult to access. A width of about a foot had to be negotiated before getting in, and then a bit of a drop to get into the bath. There was no handrail to hold onto at all which made for a very tricky experience showering. Other than that it was a very nice place

The shower was amazing. The property was fashionable. The towels were fluffy. We had amazing views of the piazza from our room. The bed was a little uncomfortable.

Walked straight out if the train station, crossed the street and into the hotel. Had a two roomed quadruple room. Nice bed, air conditioning, and a mini fridge. Easy walk to the milan duomo. Would definitely come back for convenience.

Great location near the train station, trams etc . Modern hotel with comfy room. Showers hot and roomy. Great. View from our room . Comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet very good but a little expensive. Would recommend hotel for visitors to Milan

This hotel has the perfect location if you’re looking to be near central Milan train station. It’s literally across the street. As far as places to eat, here’s not much restaurants nearby, just the typical bar like for aperitif. We reserved this hotel for location and the fact that it had rooftop. Unfortunately we weren’t allowed to get access to rooftop because apparently it’s only accessible for people that reserve suite type of rooms. Very disappointed on that part. Aside from that, it’s just a good hotel to lay your head down.
