On the map, this property looks like it's right outside the train station. What you can't see is that the elevators at the train station don't work, so you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs and past a partially demolished old hotel/apartment building. We were sweating by the time we got to the hotel. Upon entering the room, we saw dirt on the floor immediately and the smell of cigarettes was so heavy. We went to the desk and they did give us a different room. The room itself was fine, but the front room with two beds did not have a TV, so while we wanted to relax and have some space after long travel, the kids had no TV to entertain them. Location was OK, if you're going to take the train everywhere, but all dining options are roughly a 15 minute walk away. The family above us were early risers, so they woke us, no real sound barrier. The staff was the highlight of this hotel for us.

A little bit far from metro station and to walk feels unsafe during eveningband night . For that kind of big hotel they should have suttle from the airports . The head border of the bed was scratched leather missing pieces and the breakfast wasnt worth 15£ . I tried the salami and had a kind of bad smell

The property is in the middle of nowhere. At night you feel unsafe to walk around. The reality of the rooms are not what you see in the pictures. Inside is old and need many things to be fixed at night inside the room only one LED is working, so not enough light inside the rooms. Inside the toilet they put a plastic glasses…it doesn’t worth the 4 stars

This hotel is very easy to get to using the S4 train. The train platform is a 3 minute walk! You could walk out further about 15 minutes yo find a tram, bus or metro. There were no little stores close to the hotel but you could have a buffet breakfast for 15 euros and dinner started at 7 pm. There is a nice lounge bar and patio, too. As Canadians we found the drink prices high because ofvour exchange. Iverall excellent service from all the staff. They speak english very well, too.

The place was decent, clean and livable. It’s just quite far from Milan. There is few public transportation outside. At night, we need to pay around 40 Euro for transportation to get home safe. The night bus transportation seem to be very few when we visited. Anyway, we had a great sleep.

Manager was helpful after the staff finally put us through to him. Full of bugs even after transferring to 3 rooms, paid for a superior balcony and didn’t get that. Staff can sometimes be unhelpful Really unhygienic, breakfast isn’t great Claims to be a 4 star and doesn’t perceive that at all

Not sure how its a 4 star hotel
Not sure how it is a 4 star hotel. Maybe the standard is different in italy. Everything you look at or touch is usually broken. They offer a free wifi which doesnt work. Experience living in the ghetto of milan. There is a lovely abonadoned apartments next to the hotel. It is close to one of the metro main lines which was a bonus getting to the milan centrale. You feel a bit uneasy walking through the district to and from. i wouldnt spend my money here again as im sure there is better options with more than just a bar restuarant on offer and felt a bit ripped off. Partly my fault when booking i guess. Air conditioning in the room was very good mind. Room had been cleaned but just lacked a good cleaner as it wasnt 4 star quality. My shower pressure was far better in the hostel the days before. Other guest was complaining cleaner hadnt done their room after two attempts of asking and another guest was complaining their air con was broken. A big moan but after all my other places i stayed on my trip i thought this was going to top them all.

Nothing like the photos!
AWFUL!! Dont waste your time or money! Photos have been photoshopped the rooms look nothing like them. I would know they showed me 4 different rooms because each one had issues. From outside it looks big, but its an old grey clad, tired looking building. A dull reception awaits with a few chairs. Reception staff look very new to working life and the service sector in general, unprofessional! Handing toilet rolls to a guest over the reception desk as the room had not been cleaned! Which hotel keeps housekeeping items at reception? !!! Another guest was complaining when we checked in. Its like Faulty Towers, just not amusing as you're the one having your holiday ruined. Room was large but old, paint work was bad, cupboard door was falling off the runner, safe was not working , only furniture in the room was a bed with 2 flat pillows and desk chair. Computer screens are larger than the TV on the wall! Towels had stains on them, toilet seat was broken and the shower drain was blocked. When asked to have someone take a look at it we were told we had to wait until the morning. No kettle etc in room, a few plastic cups, 3 items in the fridge and room phone didnt work (probably to avoid the complaints). Oh and a spider on the ceiling! We had booked 2 nights but left after 1, no apology or attempt to make us stay but charged us in full. Location is not great either, didnt spot any local shops for water etc and taxis take a while to get there as out of the way.
