"The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."

"Location, location, location! We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice for the most part. It’s very walkable, and it’s a 5-min walk to the Duomo and right next to the shopping mall. We felt quite safe when we were there. Although we didn’t eat there, the rooftop restaurant had nice views, and the drinks were good. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, so it was very spacious - the first room we got was cramped and had a strong smoke smell - when we called,...
