"Nice hotel. We were told that we received a free upgrade when checking in. Room has a nice vibe, comfortable bed and pillows. Metro station is only 350m away. Grocery store across the street (Coop). Nice view from the 10th floor. In room safe. Good shower pressure. Small refrigerator. Friendly and kind staff, incl. housemaid. Cons- poor lighting in the bathroom. Lack of storage space. "Really lovely hotel within walking distance of a metro. Very helpful staff, our pre booked taxi was 15 mins late for a trip but staff phoned twice to chase it up, also good communication before we arrived at the hotel. I’d say the rooms looked better than the photos and it was a really good price for Milan Hotel is outside the ZTL zone which was really good as we drove. Would recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely stay again"
