"Nice hotel. We were told that we received a free upgrade when checking in. Room has a nice vibe, comfortable bed and pillows. Metro station is only 350m away. Grocery store across the street (Coop). Nice view from the 10th floor. In room safe. Good shower pressure. Small refrigerator. Friendly and kind staff, incl. housemaid. Cons- poor lighting in the bathroom. Lack of storage space. "The location is in the outskirts of the centro, but conveniently close to the Metro. Two blocks to be precise. And from there you can get anywhere in Milano. The staff is super friendly, check ins are amazingly quick. The rooms are pristine clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast is a mini buffet style, very satisfying and nutritious. Excellent experience. "
