"We had a wonderful time staying at the Sonder Missori! When we arrived at the hotel prior to check-in time, we were warmly welcomed and offered some refreshments. Although our room was not ready, the staff stored our luggage and told us that they would place it in our room as soon as the room was available (and they did). They also recommended restaurants in the area and texted us as soon as the room was ready. The hotel location is about a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. There are metro, tram and bus stations right outside the hotel or within a short walk. The room was spacious and immaculate. Upon entering, there was a room with a sofa and a separate bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sparkling clean bathroom had the best shower! My only minor recommendation would be to have more counterspace around the sink. The 24/7 staff at the Sonder Missori is amazing! Each and every front desk person was exceptional, friendly and made our trip wonderful!! We appreciated their restaurant recommendations, help with reservations and navigating the city with directions and metro and bus routes. On our last day we paid for the breakfast buffet and it was amazing! There are beautiful rooms with a wide assortment of fresh fruits, delicious baked goods and pastries, hot selections, juices, coffees, teas and even prosecco! Certainly worth the price and the convenience We will definitely stay at the Sonder Missori on our next trip to Milan!"
