"This is the second stay of ours, the first as a couple with a new puppy and now this time with our daughter and of course our dog again. "Older house but had everything you needed. A reminder to look out for cane toads and something to kill them with would be helpful b4 letting doggos out. Checked yard and caught 2 big ones.otherwise perfect locations. Very restful. Thank you"

"Great location and accommodation. Would have been good to have enough bin bags and dishwashing tablets for length of stay but apart from that would recommend this to anyone. Communication from host was prompt. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Spotless and very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Plenty of open spaces indoors and outdoors. Lots of practical conveniences, especially for families with children. Excellent communication with host. "

"Property was relatively secluded, with some other interesting and unusual cottages nearby but more importantly it was surrounded by beautiful lush subtropical rainforest gardens. "

""The Shack" was an excellent place to stay and was presented as listed. It is close to river, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The yard is excellent for traveling with a dog as it is completely enclosed. There are two great decks, one small one at the front and a large deck at the back. It was very clean and well presented with many extras supplied such as bikes and toiletries. The. property is in a quiet street with walking areas close by. I would recommend this property to family and friends"

"House was well supplied and layout suits larger groups. It is situated a bit away from the main resort/facilities and up a long steep hill so using a car to get back and forth is essential. Water glimpses from upper level. Main living area is air-conditioned but bedrooms upstairs are not. ( do have ceiling fans) so can get hot in summer. House is comfortable and would stay again there. Reasonably priced."

"Beautiful setting and super spacious. Really enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The house was very clean and well equipped to prepare meals. "

"The house and facilities were excellent. Large pool and central air-conditioning kept everyone cool in the Xmas heat. The master bedroom is huge with ensuite and walk- through wardrobe. The location is close to golf courses, Broadbeach, restaurants and shops but doesn’t have the hustle and bustle of the crowded coastal fringe. "
