"Little track down to Toogoom beach from house - we and dog liked that. Very well set up for doggies. There's a track down end of road through to Saltys and another restaurant but not open every day. Note, house is upstairs so stairs on entry and to backyard."

"Beautiful. Just the Way we Like It. Quiet, Safe n Secure. Nothing is Over Done. We All Felt Comfortable. Friendly People. Walking Distance to Pretty Much Every Thing. My Son wants to live there Permanently. "

"We had a great time staying in Marks property. The house was perfectly set up and a great space. It isn’t exactly walking distance to Kingfisher Bay as there is a very steep climb and the walk takes around 10-15 minutes, but if you speak to the resort reception you can take the courtesy bus."

"Perfect house for family of 6. Such a good spot nice and quiet. The house has everything you need. Will be back"

"Quiet location. Walk to beach, shops and clubs / restaurants. The pool is amazing, plenty of beach towels provided, and so clean and warm. BBQ under the large awning, outside table and chairs made it very social. Beds comfortable, clean white linnen, lots of fluffy towels. The owners have tried to make it comfortable. Negatives; The dining chairs are crap and there was no dish cloth, lol. Will stay again and recommend it to all."

"Great place to come and unwind. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. Sitting on the verandah in the morning admiring the view with a great tasting coffee from the local shop was the perfect start to the day. Great location with plenty of space for the boat and car parking. We will be back. "

"Amazing property with lots for everyone to do! Comfortable beds and lots of little handy extras supplied that made our stay great. A really great kitchen space with plenty of fridge room for large groups. "

Modern open plan with lovely rooms, en-suites etc…My only critique would be the lack of internet or Wi-Fi so limited viewing a d entertainment in the evenings.. Also serious cockroach problem with them crawling across benches and beds in the evening. "

"The location of the property was great…easy access to all the island highlights. Bree was so knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Loved that there was no TV, could unplug and connect with family. "
