"The stay was great. I was here with my family during the November holiday rush, and the front desk staff checked us in as quick as possible. We had a small issue with the hot water in our bathroom shower. We called the front desk and they sent a maintenance person reasonably quick given that this was during the busy holiday period, and they resolved the issue for us promptly. The breakfast was included with our stay and was decent. The location of the hotel is great as well, right at the entrance of the Grand Canyon national park, near a lot of great restaurants. "
