"This property was so charming, quaint and quiet. Merv and Brenda are exceptional hosts. Met us to explain how amenities worked and were easy to communicate with, very responsive. Home was clean, cozy and comfortable- had everything we needed and then some (including extra toothbrushes and coffee and tea). Neighborhood is quiet and centrally located and could get anywhere in a very short time. We will definitely stay again when returning to Albuquerque. "

This hotel is 1st class all the way.....................definitely will be staying here next time! I felt safe and safe to park my car overnight as well. Big updated spacious room, that was clean and comfy in everyway!! "

"I informed the clerk I was checking out on the 12th. Said I had to contact Expedia. Gave me a phone # and it was for AAA. Trying to contact Expedia which is almost impossible. Have travel insurance tried to request claim and keep getting kicked out after asking virtual assistance for help. Not working at all to make claim for one day refund."
