"The facility was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Quite but yet close enough to everything. Fantastic sight seeing and Hiking in the area. We ate at all tree restaurants and food was very good. Only complaint I have was that the hot tub was not working. I was looking forward to it after long days hiking. "

"First thing, i dont think i was even going to get the initial room i had booked. The room i was initially given was a bit small and someone was still enjoying their stay. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and got us another room and since it was smaller; I got a partial refund. That was pretty much the only problem we had experienced. I will continue to book this hotel because it also gas various resturants and a movie theater within walking distance. Great customer service and parking."

"This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!"

"The front desk staff was top shelf. Restaurant staff, not so much. The facility was undergoing renovations, which I understand is difficult to do while still accommodating guests. My issue is that I was not made aware of this until we arrived. I felt like I was the victim of a bait and switch con. Other than the staff, it was a horrible experience. "
