Staff is awesome! Super friendly. Beds were comfy. Best thing though was they have an active security guy driving around. We had a truck and trailer and this was a huge peace of mind. Well lit parking. Would stay again.

Staff was great. Hotel was clean and affordable. However, after staying in the hotel for 3 separate stays, I found that all the tub/shower diverter valves leaked. The sink faucet aerators were partially clogged. And, on the ground floor the room sliding doors were not weatherproofed creating a loud sound during windy days. Little things really, but I think easily fixed by the hotel mgmt.

Quiet spot off the highway, all the amenities you'd need and relatively decent breakfast. Staff were all super nice and helpful.

Firstly, it was a bit sketchy. When I was getting my suitcase from my trunk, and walking towards the entrance a guy slowly drove toward me and then stopped and stared at me. I was on the phone and on high alert because the hotel is down this strange alley like road. There must be close to 300 rooms in this building. Which made getting to my room feel like forever, especially after the incident above. As far as the room goes, it could have been cleaned better. There were hairs In the bathroom that were not mine. What really got me is the lack of mattress protector on the whole mattress. After a BB incident while traveling, I always check the beds for protectors. This ultimately led to a bad night sleep. Frankly, I wanted to get out of there before I even stopped in. On the plus, the person who checked me in was nice. They do serve breakfast, but I didn’t partake.

Pet friendly is very convenient for someone like me that was just passing through. On the flip side, there’s dark carpet throughout the room so it’s difficult to see any stains. My 4 year old dog, that’s well potty-trained, had a hard time trying not to use the bathroom on the floor. I caught her trying to squat twice before rushing her outside. I believe the carpet has had many pets use the bathroom on it, even though you can’t see it.

I have stayed here before. Couple of times I was satisfied but other times I was not. It seams like it depended on the room and location. I did especially request to be away from the elevator which it happened somewhat but it was next to a laundry room area. Early morning around seven I was awakening with personal going back and forth and talking all loud. Didn't get to sleep in as planned. I woke up to shower the sink didn't have water and the shower/ tub the water was coming out brown (rust) it took serval minutes to clear up and after a couple tries it cleared up. The toilet leaked with ever flush. This time I was disappointed with my stay. I stay here because of the damage deposit fee is low and since I'm a budget I take advantage. I wish the personnel would be considerate of people staying here
