"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is convenient to the mall and has a good restaurant that is open late. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is an older hotel, but comfortable. The pool is small and not very deep. I like the steam and sauna room in the mens locker room, but the hot tub could be updated. It's a 10 minute walk to the night market. "Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy."
