"I can't say enough about the staff, they were great, friendly and ready to serve you,but the conditions of the hotel might need some more attention, some parts were dirty, and also the room needed more attention, looks like, some things were not cleaned for a long time, i don't like giving bad reviews, because the working staff was great, this goes to the owners of the hotel,!!"

"A modern and comfortable option in Udon Thani. I especially liked that it had free and plentiful parking. Staff were very helpful. The only strange thing is when I checked out they wouldn't let me leave the property until they'd inspected the room. I found that odd and slightly rude."
