"The hotel was very nice but I didn’t like the fact that there was zero parking around the hotel and you had to pay $19 a night to park in the parking garage. They just tell you when you check in but you don’t have any other choice. You also have to park in the road to go check in and the security guard just looks at you trying to get in the door because you need a key card, and doesn’t offer any assistance or to open the door unless you ring the phone and wait for someone at the front desk to...

"We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness. "
