"We reserved a room with a private plunge pool, but the filter was broken so we couldn’t use it The staff was great about apologizing - they have us a 2000 baht food credit and a bottle of champagne. The spa is amazing - the hotel staff is excellent Beautiful hotel Area around it is a little sketchy "

"I have been staying in Centara Riverside every time I come to Chiang Mai for the past 5 years. The room is spacious with view. The breakfast buffet is tremendous. However, the bathrooms in the room desperately needs upgrade/remodel. Another complaint is long wait for the 5 guest elevators during checkout time, up to 30’minutes wait for a vacant elevator "

"This little boutique hotel was a perfect stay for a trip with my husband. It is smaller than a bigger brand hotel in Old Town, but it packs a lot of function in its small package. The rooms are spacious than what I had expected from the pictures, and they have all the amenities you would need including a smart TV, air filter, and AC. "Nice rooms and the hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was small which was fine for one person but would be crowded for two people. Overall a great place to stay. "

"This property is located nearby several important touristic sites within walking distance. It is on a very quiet street. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool at the end of a long day. We were served a wonderful comprehensive breakfast everyday and the front desk was so kind to provide us to go breakfast on our departure day at 4 am in the morning. "
