Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. "The hotel is very close to many restaurants and points of interest. The beaches are close by.The Staff were extremely helpful.The room size was fine, but could be improved as there are too many light switches. Hard to remember which switch connects with respective lights."

"I was traveling with my partner for his birthday and this was our second stay in Thailand. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, really important when it’s so hot outside. The surrounding area was right in the heart of everything.
