"We loved the location, the room appointments, and the staff were wonderful. We came in on a Friday night and our room had two issues the staff wasn’t aware of but handled beautifully. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name but the young lady came from home to address them in less than 10 minutes. The breakfast baskets are a creative spin on room service, our only suggestion for an even better experience, would be to have two options for the guests choose from the evening before.
