Zachary,Tim and Olivia are literally the best humans I ever met. I was there on 11/11/24 for my wedding and they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. They are beautiful people. Chef's kiss
This was such a fun hotel. A clean room with funky decor. And right in the middle of all you need for Salem! Staff was friendly. The only downside is the parking. No parking is available, and the hotel is on a street with no vehicular traffic.

Very cool place windows where very dirty and killed the view room was nice weird bathroom situation toilet was in another room and shower had no door and bathroom doors were just sliding barn doors so no real privacy
The hotel was wonderful, clean and so close to all the things you’d want to do in Salem. The Roof has great ambience and the food at Counter downstairs is really tasty. I liked the little touches they had like water dispensers on each floor, little snacks at the desk in the evening and they even had a movie night in the lobby area one night! Also found it super convenient having an app on your phone to use as a room key. The only thing that was a slight pain is having to park in the city garage and bring your luggage back and forth, however the walk from the city garage is quick (tip- use the elevator in the New Liberty garage to go to the mall level and just walk through the mall, easier than luggage on the cobblestones as long as the mall is open at the time). The best part of the hotel though is definitely the staff- they were amazing. So friendly, if you needed anything you could send a quick text and they would sort it out. I had something dropped at the hotel desk and they went through the trouble of accepting it and even putting it in the fridge until I could grab it. Just amazing people!
room 317 was extremely obnoxious being right under the rooftop bar and next to the elevator. The exposed pipes had water running through them constantly, and there were a ridiculous amount of bangs and bumps coming from the ceiling. It was nearly impossible to get some rest in the afternoon. All that stopped around 10pm though and once it was quiet it was very nice.
The Hotel Salem was the best place to stay in order to conveniently explore down town Salem. The location was perfect; the room was clean, the food and drinks at the rooftop bar were delicious and the staff was friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again.
This hotel is in the most perfect location with shopping and restaurants all around it! I love that it is on a walking only street, no car traffic to contend with. It is such a cute hotel! We will definitely book here again, when we come back to see more of Salem!
The staff were absolutely incredible. From check in to check out. Particularly Kayla who took a vetted interest in not only our stay but every guest we saw her interact with. I wont stay anywhere else on future visits to Salem
