"Very nice, recently renovated hotel just off I95. The personnel were very helpful, the self parking is easy, the rooms well appointed, and there are good restaurants nearby. A full breakfast is included. Downtown Newburyport is an easy 15 minute drive. I would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed everything about this property except the lack of a space for suitcases, any hook or hanger to utilize for a coat or jacket. I realize it is a historic property, but some furniture in the limited square footage could be traded for space for a luggage stand. We don't need the dresser, palm, fancy lamp etc. This space would be better for the practicalities of people traveling. Had to place 1 suitcase under table and 1 on the only place to sit. "
