"Check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman is so kind and friendly! Plenty of parking in front of the hotel and easy to locate. Good location and walkable to museums, historic sites, and shops! The deluxe is very spacious and has plenty of storage space (if you're spending multiple nights). The hallways and our room is very clean and updated. Love how the interior decoration has a nautical theme- the wallpaper, lamp base, navy/ blue furniture, and the framed wall art. If I ever return to Salem, will book this hotel again!"
