"This property is more affordable than most SD rentals. It has an upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room sofa which could accommodate another person. The unit is clean and has basic kitchen appliances, tv, internet, and bathroom shower. Neighborhood is mostly residential but is walkable to stores, restaurants, a park. "

"The house provided everything we needed but was missing the X factor. The pool was too cold to enjoy to its fullest. The space provided was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Shower temp and pressure were great. Kitchen had everything we need. Floors were very dirty - could not walk around with bare feet without turning feet black. The request from owners to not be outside at all before 9 am or after 9 pm seems unreasonable. Hubby and I love a cup of coffee or glass of wine outdoors at these...

"This home was perfectly located near the places we were visiting in San Diego. Our children enjoyed the comfy feeling of being at home. My daughter said she liked that the lights were on when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. There were only two beds so my oldest did need to sleep on the very nice couch in the living room. We enjoyed the shower the most. Everything in the house was beautifully decorated. We would stay here again if we travel to...
